This crisis is being stoked by conflicts and violence, extreme weather events, sharply rising costs, and lingering pandemic effects that have a devastating impact on vulnerable communities. When you donate to our Global Hunger Crisis response, you’ll help ensure hungry kids get the nutrition they need to grow strong. Your gift can address immediate needs by providing essentials like Super Cereal — a powerful solution to malnutrition. For children facing severe malnutrition, your support also helps deliver ready-to-use therapeutic food (RUTF) packets. RUTF is a proven, life-saving solution that’s provided through healthcare professionals and can be administered at home — helping to bring children back from the brink of starvation.

World Vision is responding in 31 of the hardest-hit countries, and our track record is one of success. By the grace of God, over the last 10 years, 89% of the severely malnourished children we treated made a full recovery.

We are also the World Food Programme’s largest global distribution partner and a preferred partner of the USAID’s Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance. This, plus our trusted network of local staff in hunger hotspots worldwide, means we’re able to reach remote locations and help those whom others may be unable to.
