More DetailsHelp protect exploited children.
Economic and social strain caused by disasters like the global health and hunger crises are deepening poverty and leaving kids more vulnerable to child labor, child marriage, and family violence. Your gift to support child protection will help shield vulnerable girls and boys from harm — and help those who have been exploited to recover.
It’s estimated that by the end of 2022, nearly 9 million more children will have been forced into child labor as a result of the pandemic’s economic effects. You can help bring protection and recovery to children harmed by this and other abuses. Thanks to public grants, your gift will multiply 5 times in impact to provide specialized preventive and restorative programs, giving them hope for a better tomorrow.
World Vision’s approach to ending violence against children protects them today and empowers them for tomorrow. We do this by equipping them, their communities, and local partners with the tools to address the root causes of violence against children and child protection.
Funding
Your gift will help protect kids and restore health through resources like:
- Education for families and communities on how to ensure child well-being
- Training that empowers kids to protect themselves and one another
- Counseling and recovery assistance for child survivors of abuse, including things like access to healthcare, educational support, and life skills training
- Building and strengthening community partnerships that safeguard against child exploitation, abuse, and neglect
Thank you for reflecting Jesus’ love for children by helping to provide child protection in some of the world’s toughest places.
Multiplier can vary throughout the year.
Our Commitment
At World Vision, stewardship is an integral part of everything we do. In rare cases where donations exceed what is needed, or where local conditions prevent program implementation, World Vision will redirect funds to similar activities to help children and families in need.
The multiplying effect from grants and donated goods may change throughout the year on identical or similar offers due to variations in the start and end dates of donor grants and our programs.
