Bring hope to Syrians amid escalating violence.

Recent attacks have resulted in dozens of civilian deaths and over 160 injuries, with women and children making up two-thirds of the injury toll. Over 48,500 people, more than half of them children, have been newly displaced since November 26. Shelling and attacks on schools, healthcare facilities, and critical infrastructure have severely impacted civilians and disrupted humanitarian access.

At least 24,300 children face serious safety risks. Winter weather threatens the lives of displaced families, 90% of whom are already living in poverty. Despite some project pauses, World Vision’s staff in northwest Syria continue to deliver essential aid at six reception centers, consisting of warm clothing, blankets, mattresses, and heating materials; along with psychosocial support.

Vulnerable children and their families urgently need food, healthcare, clean water, shelter, and protection from winter conditions, as well as psychosocial support services.

Please pray for everyone affected by this crisis, especially the children.

Our Commitment

At World Vision, stewardship is an integral part of everything we do. In rare cases where donations exceed what is needed, or where local conditions prevent program implementation, World Vision will redirect funds to similar activities to help children and families in need.

The multiplying effect from grants and donated goods may change throughout the year on identical or similar offers due to variations in the start and end dates of donor grants and our programs.
