More DetailsWorld Vision stands ready to provide immediate aid in the wake of disasters anywhere in the United States thanks to our nationwide network of churches, partners, and supply warehouses. Our Storehouse in North Texas — our primary U.S. disaster relief hub — sustained major storm damage recently and we are working to rebuild, restock, and get our response capabilities back to full strength.
When disaster strikes, World Vision is often one of the first organizations to respond. Our relief workers connect with partners – including churches – in affected regions to help hard-hit communities. We are continually preparing for the next disaster by equipping our field sites and partners to help those affected by tornadoes, floods, storms, wildfires, and other disasters across the country.
World Vision also stays long after disasters have faded from the headlines, in order to help communities rebuild. Please give generously to help your neighbors around the United States.
Monthly giving: the simple way to make your donations do more. Give to Poverty in America.
Monthly giving is the most effective way to help the children and families who need it most. It lowers costs and puts more of your money to work changing lives. Plus, your donations will be delivering the right solution at just the right time. And while your gifts are at work changing lives, you’ll get to see the power of your generosity through quarterly updates and the World Vision magazine.
Our Commitment
At World Vision, stewardship is an integral part of everything we do. In rare cases where donations exceed what is needed, or where local conditions prevent program implementation, World Vision will redirect funds to similar activities to help children and families in need.
The multiplying effect from grants and donated goods may change throughout the year on identical or similar offers due to variations in the start and end dates of donor grants and our programs.
