Refugee Assistance
World Vision provides emergency assistance to displaced civilians, often women and children, in places like Pakistan.
Intense fighting between militant groups and Pakistani forces has driven nearly three million children and their families from their homes. World Vision is working with Pakistani authorities and local partners to provide relief to Internally Displaced People (IDPs). We are particularly concerned for the health and protection of displaced children and women who make up half of the population in the Swat valley area.
Your donation of any size will help us rush life-saving emergency supplies such as food, clean water, shelter, and other essentials to victims of this deadly conflict.
In rare cases where donations exceed what is needed, World Vision will redirect funds to similar activities to help children and families in need.
