World Vision emergency teams are at work in communities hit hard by flooding, but
your help is needed today to provide lifesaving care to the children and families who need it most.
UPDATE: Ongoing flooding in Kenya caused by heavy rains since December 2009 has killed 21 people and displaced more than 20,000. World Vision is working to provide relief for affected families, such as access to emergency food, medical care, shelter, and clean water.
We are also providing continued support to children and families impacted by flooding in the wake of typhoons and monsoons in the Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and India.
Your gift to help flood survivors today will include things like:
- Emergency food rations
- Water purification tablets
- Blankets and temporary shelter
- Cooksets
- And more
The need is great; please respond today with your generous support.
At World Vision, stewardship is an integral part of everything we do - because we recognize that every resource entrusted to us can transform real children's lives.
As part of our stewardship, we optimize resources and distribute them where they are needed most.
