IF YOU HAVE DIFFICULTY WITH THE “SPONSOR NOW” ACTION, the likely solution is to disable pop-up blocking. Some Web browsers (e.g., Internet Explorer, Firefox) or personal firewall software (e.g., Norton, McAfee) can be configured to block pop-ups, but each system provides a method for you to disable or temporarily override this blocking.
PLEASE NOTE: When scrolling through the children’s photos, if you see a message in red underneath the child’s information that begins, “We apologize, we are unable to locate a child that matches your request…”, this means that no children are available at the moment for sponsorship in this mySponsorship community. You will then be shown children available for sponsorship from other communities. If you see the message, you have 3 options:
You can sponsor a child in need in one of these other communities that does not, at this time, have a mySponsorship Beta Web site
You can click on the “Portal” link (above left) and choose another mySponsorship country and community from the drop-down menu on that page
