The people of Phulpur suffer from lack of clean water in the dry season. There is no water coming out from the tube-well as the water level goes down more than 200 feet deep in this season and 50% tube-wells go out of order. The people have to bring water from different tube-wells that are still active, although maximum tube wells bring up water containing high levels of iron, and the water can have a bad smell too. The people suppose that it is happening due to climate change, because they did not face such problem a few years ago.
